Give a Family Their First Symphony Experience

What if one concert could become a lifelong memory?

For an Irving middle-school student learning to play an instrument, seeing a full symphony orchestra perform live can be an unforgettable moment. For their family, it can be an opportunity to experience something new together.

That’s the heart of NPOI’s First Tickets program.

Your gift on North Texas Giving Day helps bring Irving middle-school orchestra students and their families to Sundays at the Symphony at the Irving Arts Center—often giving a young musician their first opportunity to sit in a concert hall and experience a symphony orchestra live.

Since its beginning, First Tickets has grown to reach orchestra students throughout Irving ISD’s middle schools. The program connects what students are learning in the classroom with the excitement of seeing those instruments come together on stage—and invites their families to share the experience.

Your gift helps open that door.

Whether you give $10, $25, $50, or more, your support helps make live orchestral music accessible to young musicians and their families. And because North Texas Giving Day includes additional community support and bonus funds, your generosity can go even further.
