The orchestra
Some of us are teachers, physicians, film makers, IT professionals, librarians. But all of us love music. After their work day is over, most players volunteer their time for the challenge and joy of playing in a symphony orchestra.
Several are founding members, who have been playing with us since our first concert in 1988, while others are new graduates of music schools across the country, teaching and still playing their chosen instrument. All are highly trained musicians who can’t think of anything they love more than a good rehearsal. Or better, a Sundays at the Symphony concert with an audience of people who love music.
