Our 2021 Grace Note Awards honor “first responders”
It hasn’t been an easy year for arts groups. But from the coronavirus’s arrival in March 2020, when stages suddenly closed and audiences could not gather, a few groups rushed to help arts groups survive the pandemic.
Each year since 2009 our Grace Note Awards have gone to individuals or groups who are making a “significant contribution” to the arts here.
This year’s awards were presented In a Zoom event Sunday, February 21, to four “first responders” who arrived with early funding, access to data and their wholehearted support for arts groups like ours and other north Texas non-profits. We honored …
